Transitioning cats to new food, can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially if you kitty has a sensitive tummy. So, when we first transitioned Rosie to @smallsforcats, we wanted to do it in a way that would be kind to her digestive system! We mixed her new food with her old food and add a little pumpkin for the first week. This allowed her to have a super easy transition 3 years ago. 💛💛💛

My cat had been getting quite chunky and losing his spark. Even worse, he was occasionally vomiting up his food. I had tried so many brands of food, but he would not touch them. I finally tried Smalls and he LOVED it from the first meal. He is now not vomiting, is back to bouncing off the walls, and is getting back to a slimmer figure. I'm happy to know he is eating good quality food. Even with it being a bit pricier, it is totally worth it.

I'm a Nutrition Educator, so I know the powerful effect food has on our health...so of course I want my 3(!) cats to NOT eat crappy food. I've tried so. many. different brands...but this is ONLY one where I have all three waking me up in the morning unable to wait for their breakfast. Even my most finicky loves this food...and I love knowing they're eating in nutritional alignment with how they've evolved to eat. Lucky them...they didn't have to hunt it down!

Happy about this product is an understatement! We have two, senior indoor cats (one of which is diabetic) and both are about to turn 17 in August. The diabetic cat was having issues with vomiting and both seemed to be disinterested in the high protein diet we put them on last year. Once we talked to our Vet and introduced Smalls to both cats last month, they both beg to eat at meal time! And the diabetic cat has gained weight, has stopped vomiting and is acting like himself again.

I've been using Smalls for about 3 months now and it is going really well. One of my cats throws up a lot and has food sensitivities that I could never quite figure out (would manifest in the throwing up, excessive scratching around head and neck causing scabs and bald patches, etc) but those symptoms have gone away entirely since switching to Smalls.

My cat was diagnosed with small cell lymphoma. Since then his appetite has decreased, and even with his medication he would only graze and very rarely finish all the food on his plate. When I switched him to Smalls it was night and day. He alerts me when his plate is empty, and when I go to fill it he runs after me and pounces on it as soon as I set it down. My kitty has had diabetes for a year, her blood sugars were so high and she was very overweight. I decided to try a new diet for her. I did a lot of research, learned that cats should be eating a high protein diet, and for her, dry food made her condition so much worse. After a month of being on smalls, she went into remission, she no longer needs insulin and she's losing weight. I've never seen her so happy and energetic. I highly recommend Smalls to anyone with cats, especially diabetics.

Smalls has been a great experience so far. I have enjoyed the customer service, and Storm has enjoyed the food. There are a variety of flavors and textures, and she enjoys almost all of them. She had mild tummy troubles with the freeze-dried water bird and fresh cow varieties, but customer service promptly responded to my concerns and provided a quick refund. *My* only complaint is the packaging that I sometimes struggle to open. The 'less stinky poop' promoted as a benefit in ads is 100% true!!

My girl is SO picky so I was glad when she took to this right away. She would only eat 'junk' cat food and I was starting to worry about future health so I jumped on Smalls. Please don't badmouth them if your cat didn't like it! It's like running to a farmer and saying to stop planting the foods I don't like! Ignore useless reviews like that.

I have two cats, one that loves wet food and one that wouldn't even come close to it. However, when I started feeding the first one Smalls, she started getting curious. Today, I'm happy to say that against all odds this is the only thing she'll est aside from her kibble (the Other Bird recipe). She's crazy about it! I love that it ships and delivers super fast, too. I only wish I could be able to buy in smaller quantities for budget reasons.

I have the pickiest cats, they only like a few kinds of treats and certain foods. Minus the cow, they gobble this food up. We have a senior cat that is going through some tummy issue, and this food change has been amazing. She is back to eating and gaining weight. I can already tell her fur and skin are better and the smooth fish is her favorite. I've struggled for years to find something he likes (and will keep down) so I thought Smalls was worth a shot. It took a couple of days but now my 12 year old cat is HOOKED. He has HATED nearly everything I'd tried previously and loved throwing it up - onto my shoes, laundry, rugs, you name it. Now he waits by the fridge or next to his bowl and less-than-politely asks for Smalls all day. I don't think I'll be able to switch to anything else in fear of a major protest from the pickiest eater I've ever met.

When my picky senior cat decided she no longer liked another premium service's food, I tried Smalls out of desperation. It is well worth the cost, and this is from someone who doesn't have a lot to spend. Jasie licks her mouth when I take the packets out of the fridge and inhales the chicken and turkey. The food is super high quality, human grade with no carrageenan or other yucky additives. My kitty is elderly and has been struggling with pancreatitis and IBS. As soon as we switched to Smalls we saw a noticeable improvement in his health. His gurgly tummy and vomiting have mostly stopped! He seems to like everything except the chicken flavors as long as we bring them to room temperature first -- that way he can smell the delectable scent of REAL FOOD.

Been on Smalls for over a month now and it took some time for Gizzy, who is a very picky eater, to take to it but he's doing fine with his new diet now. Several months ago he had a very severe case of pancreatitis and I really thought I was going to have him put down but after two months of a LOT of medication and one really big vet bill he's back to normal. As a result I did a lot of research into a healthier cat food which is how I found Smalls and I'll never go back to canned food again.

My senior cat loves Smalls. I got to a point with her where she was getting super picky about what canned foods I gave her, and refusing to eat any brand. She was losing weight and getting lethargic. Only Smalls worked for relieving my kitten's digestive issues. My 10 month old kitten has always had a sensitive stomach (frequent diarrhea & blood in stool). I tried some limited ingredient and hydrolyzed protein cat foods recommended by my vet over the course of 4 months. I saw no improvements and went to another vet who also said he might have a food sensitivity or irritable bowel. My cat had IBD and was constantly vomiting on dry food and lacked a healthy apetite, so we made the switch to Smalls and saw a significant improvement in her appetite and acid reflux build up. My cat gained more energy as well, so Smalls earned my trust quickly. I am very excited about the new packaging as well, much easier to use than the tubes; it is not resealable so I do put it in a sealed bag to maintain freshness. It is a bit more expensive (esp if you have more than one cat) but worth it in my mind.

The finicky old lady (almost 17 y.o.) is eating it! She has rejected more expensive foods and refused prescription thyroid and kidney food diets. She seems better as she puts on weight. She is more playful, yet calm and she is letting me sleep through the night. Smalls was recommended for hyperthyroidism and it seems to be working- fingers crossed. I honestly don’t know what I would do without Smalls for my two kitties! I've been using Smalls for over w year now and Since switching their diet to Smalls they seem so much happier and have no stinky litter boxes which is a plus! My two cats seem to only enjoy the smooth bird and smooth other birds and are not huge fans of the beef or fish. My only complaint with this company is that they discontinued their dry food! Overall, pricey food but so so so worth it!!!

I have an incredibly picky eater. My finicky cat LOVES this food! She never used to eat everything in her bowl, and some meals she wouldn't even touch. Since switching to Smalls, her bowl is empty after every single feeding. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the food is packaged in plastic (metal can would be more friendly) and they don't offer soft treats.

I mostly love Smalls! My cat enjoys the food (or at least she eats it, which I can't say is true for all brands) and she has lost a little weight since I started my subscription. That said, I don't think she *loves* it - she'll occasionally leave a whole portion out all day without touching it. The packaging is sort of challenging and portions are a little tricky to measure without the lines on the label anymore.

Ever since I started my cats on Smalls they have had more energy and have played with toys that just sat around the house . One of my cats had a good allergy and had a balding area on her back . I have four cats that ate prone to urinary tract infections. They are 14 yrs old, 5 yrs old and 11 months old. I have tried just about every brand of food. This is the only food that is not only human grade but with a taste that they love and will eat. It is a little pricey but when you compare to other foods out there. This is actually a decent price. I will keep ordering it.
